Biography
Jonathan "Josh" Porter, Esq. / Managing Principal
Josh Porter is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in real estate investment, development, law and commercial leasing. Josh started his career as a tenant representative for Savills in downtown New York City. Following his stint in brokerage, Josh was Chief Operations Counsel & Director of Real Estate for Plural, a software consulting firm acquired by Dell in 2001. Thereafter, Josh served as a Managing Director at BTR Capital Group, where he led the New York Tri-State practice, acquiring and redeveloping large, contaminated industrial sites. After BTR, Josh was as in-house counsel at CHA Partners, a New Jersey-based real estate development company specializing in building healthcare and multifamily properties. Josh also teaches business law at Bloomfield College of Montclair State University.
